Travelling to Granada by Plane

The airport

Federico García Lorca (FGL) is the airport of Granada and Jaén. It is a small size airport with around 30 flights operated in a day (50 during the summer), and around 1 million passengers and 12000 operations performed in a year.
But it is linked with several cities in Spain (such as Madrid, Sevilla, Melilla or Barcelona) and with several European capitals (such as London, Paris, Rome or Milan).
The number of routes is increased during the summer season (from June to October), including new domestic (Zaragoza, Tenerife, Menorca, Lanzarote, Ibiza) and international (Prague, Bergamo) destinations.
It is only 15km (9.3 miles) far from Granada's centre by road.
