Accomodation

Aberystwyth is a popular holiday destination with Easter being one of the main seasons (weather permitting). It is therefore advisable to book accommodation in good time before the conference.

There is a wide range of accommodation options, including affordable options along the seafront. Popular booking sites such as https://www.booking.com and https://www.airbnb.co.uk provide an excellent overview, but some hotels offer better rates through their own websites. An (incomplete) list of options in walking distance to the University can be found below. Please note that the list is based on information we have received from the tourist office and colleagues. We have no agreements with any of these hotels. The tourist office can be contacted by email (aberystwyth.tic@ceredigion.gov.uk) for further advice and additional information. Tripadvisor (https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk) provides further information on many options.

On-campus accommodation (with shared bathrooms and common areas) is available through the booking system of the University; see information on “Aberystwyth University Bunkhouse” at the bottom of this page.
