- Up to one month prior to the conference: You can choose between having your registration transferred to the following year OR getting a reimbursement for the difference with the online registration fee.
- Between 1 month and two weeks prior to the conference: Registration can be transferred to another person, the same year
- Within the 2 weeks prior to the conference: No changes allowed
If you are unable to attend the conference due to travel restrictions or other events outside your influence, we will reimburse the difference with the corresponding online registration (presenter or non presenter).
If the onsite conference cannot take place, we will reimburse the difference with the corresponding online registration automatically.
