Posters/Wifi:
AV at the venue
You are encouraged to bring your own laptop or tablet for your presentation, along with
appropriate adaptors and chargers for your equipment as EvoStar does not provide these.
All LCD projectors (beamers) have a VGA input. Some may provide HDMI, but this is not
guaranteed. Voltage in Italy is 220v, and the two-pin plug is used, similar to most
European countries.
POSTERS
The poster session will take place in conjunction with the EvoStar reception on
Wednesday evening, 4 April from 1830-2000. Poster boards are 1 metre wide by 2 metres
tall and can accommodate posters up to A0 size. Tape can be used to fix posters and this
will be available at the conference venue.
Poster tubes can be stored safely at the registration desk, but please remember to label
your poster so it does not get lost or mixed up with others.
A service is available from the University of Parma to have your poster printed and
delivered to the conference desk by lunchtime on Wednesday, 4 April. Prices are below
and please ensure your PDF is sent to
evoposters@ce.unipr.it no later than 28 March,
otherwise delivery cannot be guaranteed. Payment in cash only on collection of poster.

WIFI
WIFI is available at the conference venue. In addition to Eduroam being suitable for
many, each participant will be assigned a unique account on the UNIPR network and your
username details will be available on the backside of your conference badge.
